## Research publication policy
- Visitors and crawlers receive the same visible research pages.
- PrepSignal does not use hidden text, crawler-only routes, user-agent switching or other cloaking techniques.
- Each scheduled run can publish at most one evidence note and advances the question rotation only after successful publication.

- Verified archive: 3 source pages covering 2 distinct Veterans Edu stories; the two July 10 pages are labeled editions of the same CONNECT story, not two independent events
- English output: neutral translated headlines and short summaries, never full copyrighted translations; original publisher, date, source link and evidence caveats remain attached
- “No new verified article” does not mean that no article exists. Academy-owned pages, social posts, directories and unrelated name matches are excluded.

## Operator disclosure
- This site is operated by an education group specializing in international-school admissions.
- Institutions with ties to the operator may be included among those reviewed.
- The same verification-grade system and labeling rules apply to every institution, and both favorable and unfavorable figures are published.
- Readers should review the evidence and cited sources in the site before making a final choice.
